Welcome to Fox and Hounds Inn

The Fox and Hounds Inn is situated in the picturesque village of Ennerdale Bridge and situated on one of the most attractive stretches of Wainwright’s Coast to Coast walk. The Inn is situated in the centre of the village and opposite the 19th century church and restored cottages and has a small stream running alongside it.

With an informal and relaxed atmosphere the Fox and Hounds offers three letting rooms with traditional comforts much in evidence including central heating, colour televisions and tea/coffee facilities.

In the restored bar the inn offers several beers including local real ales alongside a gastro-style menu using locally sourced quality meat, fish and fresh produce.
